that no kid should lose their dream because they can't afford to dream!

That's why we have created the "Sponsor a Dream" campaign.

   

If you or someone you know is between the ages of 8 and 17, who are considered positive role models for other kids
because of their outstanding skills and talents, or because of how they have triumphed over a tragedy in their life, 
we want to know about them, and help make their dream come true!

"I Would Like to Sponsor 
a Child and Their Dream"


"Hang On to the Dream Foundation" 
is looking for individuals, families or businesses who would be willing to support a child and their dream by becoming part of our "Sponsor a Dream" Campaign.  

As a sponsor:
- You will have the opportunity to choose the child that you wish to sponsor

- You will be able to keep track of that child's progress as a result of your sponsorship 
through correspondence with that young person
