Outreach Programs
Below are just some of our current outreach programs!
On the 3rd Saturday of each month, we hold "Hang On To The Dream Day", where parents can apply for sponsorship for their child's activities. Through this exciting sponsorship program, we have covered ice skating lessons, art expenses, college tuition, and more!

At-Home Learning Outreach
Ever since the COVID-19 pandemic hit, the Hang On To The Dream Foundation has been donating brand new iPads and laptops for kids to keep so that they can continue their learning at home while schools are closed. We are also making sure that kids have internet connectivity in their homes by covering their internet/WiFi bills.
To make a tax deductible donation to the Hang On To The Dream Outreach Program,
Hang On To The Dream Foundation proudly sponsors 2 wonderful swimming programs at the Rose Bowl Aquatic Center in Pasadena, California!
The Hang On To The Dream Adaptive Swim sessions provide swim therapy, free of charge, for young people with special needs, such as cerebral palsy and more. The gifted therapists at the Rose Bowl Aquatic Center provide a wonderful service to these kids and we are proud to be a part of it!
The Rose Bowl Aquatic Center also provides swim therapy for those who have suffered a stroke.
Hang On To The Dream's "Life After Stroke" Aqua Therapy sessions provide swim therapy to stroke survivors, free of charge, in an effort to help them regain movement and range of motion in their affected limbs.
