The "Stroke Expo" is a nationwide health fair where people can receive free health screening, including glucose readings, a1c readings, blood pressure readings, carotid artery ultrasound readings and more. Sponsored by the Hang On to the Dream Foundation.

At a young age, Jose was unable to walk.
Against all odds, Jose is not only walking, but is also swimming!
Hang On To The Dream Foundation has proudly been a sponsor of the wonderful swimming program
at the Rose Bowl Aquatic Center in Pasadena, California!
The Hang On To The Dream Adaptive Swim sessions provide swim therapy, free of charge, for young people with special needs, such as cerebral palsy and more. The gifted therapists at the Rose Bowl Aquatic Center provide a wonderful service to these kids and we are proud to be a part of it!
The new Hang On To The Dream Theatre is a community-based theatre located in Hollywood, CA. Through its weekly workshops, lectures and stage, television and film productions, the Hang On to the Dream Theatre provides up & coming actors, singers, filmmakers and more with the opportunity to showcase their talent, right in the heart of Hollywood!
